Who is Nicolette Dellanno? Meet Dolphins QB Zach Wilson’s wife and her rise to fame

Zach Wilson has been quite popular with his journey with the Miami Dolphins as a quarterback. His career highlights have been quite commendable, but nothing compares to what happened this summer. He married his longtime girlfriend, Nicolette Dellanno, on June 28, 2025. The event took place in New York City. The wedding was held at the iconic St. Patrick’s Cathedral, a setting as grand as the occasion. Later, the celebration moved to the Rainbow Room, where guests, including friends and family, danced late into the night under lights and music.

The preparations starting almost a year ago

Wilson had proposed to her a year earlier on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. He shared the news with a heartfelt post about finally understanding what love really means. A year later, he and Nicolette made it official by tying the knot in a sacred union.

Nicolette Dellanno grew up in Colts Neck, New Jersey. She was always drawn to the arts. As a kid, she modeled for Target and acted in school plays like Annie and Alice in Wonderland. She spent most of her time dancing. Dance was part of her world at home, too. Her mother, Kathy Dellanno, co-founded Pure Dance Competition. So Nicolette trained in multiple styles from a young age. That discipline carried into her social media presence, where she’s now built a following of more than 230,000 on TikTok.

Love for fashion switching to being a designer

Over time, her love of performing shifted toward fashion. After studying at James Madison University, she began working with Morgan & Co., a New York-based eveningwear label. Today, she’s one of their designers, creating gowns for weddings, proms, and other special events.

Zach Wilson and Nicolette Dellanno were first seen together at a Yankees game in 2022. Their relationship made headlines, especially with rumors about Wilson’s personal life, but the two mostly kept things low-key. They went to games, took trips with each other’s families, and focused on building their lives away from the spotlight.

With their wedding behind them, Wilson steps into a new season with the Dolphins, while Dellanno continues to grow her fashion career. Two different worlds, football and design, but both are moving forward together.
