NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who plays for the New England Patriots, is facing a very serious counter-lawsuit from his former stylist Christopher Blake Griffith. Griffith filed this new case in federal court in Maryland on Friday. He says that on May 22, 2023, at Diggs’ home, Diggs gave him a drink that made him feel strange and then tried to make unwanted moves toward him. Griffith says Diggs exposed his private parts, tried to kiss him, and pulled him close.

Griffith also says that one week after the incident, three men close to Diggs attacked him. He says one of these men was Diggs’ brother, Darez Diggs. This counter-lawsuit comes after Stefon Diggs filed his own case on October 1 in federal court in New York, saying every claim Griffith made was false and made only to hurt his name. Stefon Diggs has fully denied all accusations.

Christopher Blake Griffith says Stefon Diggs drugged him and made unwanted moves

In his filing, Christopher Blake Griffith, who works as the President of Entertainment Marketing & Sports Relations at W&L Entertainment Relations & Management, says the incident happened inside Stefon Diggs’ home in Maryland. He says Diggs gave him a drink that made his body feel off. Griffith says Diggs then exposed himself, tried to kiss him on the mouth, and held his shoulder before kissing his ear with his tongue.

Griffith also claims three close friends of Diggs attacked him one week later. He says one of them was Darez Diggs, the wide receiver’s brother. Griffith says this attack was meant to scare him.

Stefon Diggs has said that none of these claims are true. In his earlier lawsuit, Diggs said Griffith’s stories, including claims of drugging and even a murder plan, were made up.

Griffith’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz of Posey Lebowitz PLLC, told The New York Post that Griffith plans to keep fighting for justice.

In the picture, the newborn is wrapped in a New England Patriots blanket. Cardi B is sitting in a blue armchair while holding him. A stuffed elephant and a small rocking horse sit beside her. This is Cardi B’s fourth child and Stefon Diggs’ third child.
