Jake Ferguson’s fiancée Haley Cavinder highlights women’s issues in sports with NFL-inspired Abercrombie campaign

On October 17, 2025, Haley Cavinder, fiancée of Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, spoke out about the challenges women face in sports while joining Abercrombie & Fitch’s “In Her Own League” campaign. Former collegiate basketball player turned social media influencer Cavinder showed herself dressed in the brand’s clothing on Instagram to express her delight. She stressed that women athletes frequently go unnoticed. “For me, being In My Own League means owning every part of who I am—athlete, businesswoman, and everything in between,” she wrote. Her post highlighted her commitment to supporting women in sports and celebrating those rewriting the rules.

Haley Cavinder is one of six women featured in the “In Her Own League” campaign, which celebrates women connected to football, including wives and girlfriends of NFL players. Moreover, the campaign emphasizes their personal successes and impact.

Among other women featured are Olivia Culpo, spouse of Christian McCaffrey; Ronika Stone, spouse of Jordan Love; and Brooklyn Adams, girlfriend of Amon-Ra St. Brown. Cavinder, Having retired from college basketball earlier this year, who now concentrates on fitness material and social media partnerships. 

She described her involvement as more than fashion: “I speak from personal experience that women in sports don’t receive the attention we deserve. Excited to join @abercrombie in celebrating women who are rewriting the playbook.” 

Haley Cavinder reacts to Olivia Culpo Joining the Campaign

When Olivia Culpo, wife of NFL star Christian McCaffrey, joined the campaign, Cavinder shared a comment on her Instagram: “My queennnnn.” 

Culpo posted about the collaboration, saying, “Excited to team up with @abercrombie on a campaign celebrating the women who love the game! Women are nearly half of all NFL fans, and this campaign shows exactly why their voices matter.”
