Leger Douzable also complimented Caleb Williams’ maturity this season. “He’s not trying to be Superman unless the Bears need him to be Superman,” Douzable said. “That’s growth.” Williams has learned to play smart, not forcing plays and trusting the structure of his team rather than relying on his athletic ability, which many rookies have difficulty with early on.
