Police are now waiting to speak with close family members, including those present at the house, to understand the events before his death.
Jeet Pabari found unresponsive at home; police begin full investigation
Police officers said Jeet Pabari was alone inside the house when a family member found him unresponsive on Wednesday.
The home is located in Rajkot’s Harihar Society, a quiet residential area. A senior police officer told local reporters, “We were informed by the family and reached the home immediately. We have started a full investigation. We will check all details before giving any final statement.”
Doctors at the private hospital that examined him said he was brought in without any signs of life.
Standard practice in all such incidents, the body was sent to the Rajkot government hospital for a medical examination. Police said they would use the post-mortem results to assist their investigation.
Police also said they had not seen any suspicious activity so far. They claim they are waiting for statements from near relatives.
One officer said, “We want to speak to every family member calmly. Their statements will help us understand what happened earlier that day.”
This is truly heartbreaking. Cheteshwar Pujara’s brother-in-law has taken his own life and with him, so many unanswered questions, so much silent pain.
No man should ever feel so trapped, so isolated, or so defeated that death feels like the only escape.
